Return and Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of perfumes, we only accept returns if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with unboxing video and images. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

3. Refund Process
Once the refund is approved, refunds will be Credited within 7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Opened, used, or customized products are not eligible for return or refund.
